The bounty provided at the Sunday market is impressive! This time of year is a little early for anything beyond greens, radishes, rhubarb, leeks and potatoes (Click here to see what is in season) but it’s THE time to find starts for your garden or hanging flower baskets. The first 2 weeks of the market have seen a lot of live plants (not to mention the live music) but also bread and other baked goods, eggs, honey, lavender products, cider, fresh and ready to eat seafood, tacos and tamales, hot dogs, beef, goat milk soaps and lotion, pottery, outdoor furniture, wool, even organic fish fertilizer for happy gardens. Click here to read the Peninsula Daily News coverage of the market.
